I am absolutely addicted to the Pure + simple Sensitive Cleansing Milk. It has calmed my aggravated hyper-sensitive, dehydrated yet
prone to break out skin along with the sensitive facial oil! I can’t be without these products! I notice an immediate withdrawal on my skin when the products run out and I use the ‘back-up’ products. As soon as I restock and get back into my routine, all is well again and I finally feel in control. When I first wandered into Pure + simple and met Vera (Yonge and Eglinton) her positivity and knowledge gave me hope. My skin was a mess! She gradually and steadily brought my skin back to a state I had thought was gone forever and advised me on the best yet simple products and regime that has healed and improved my complexion completely!!!!
I can’t wait for my next blissful treatment.

I first came to Pure and Simple to try one of their facials and ever since then, I have been hooked on their wonderful line of products. I have slowly been switching over to their in-house product line for all of my facial skin needs, and I have never been happier with how my skins looks and feels. I have sensitive skin that is beginning to show the signs of aging, and the staff at the King St. location have always been able to point me in the direction of products that might work for me. I love that you give samples that I can try on my skin before making a commitment. I think it was fate that I found a job near the King St location last year. My dry, sensitive skin had been particularly irritated. It looked as though it was perpetually reacting to something…blotchy, bumpy…I couldn’t stand it and I worked my way through just about every skin care brand trying to find an answer..to no avail. I wandered into Pure + Simple one day out of curiosity. Kristen scanned my face, asked me questions and began to piece together my skin puzzle. She explained the science behind my skin issues and potential solutions. Finally I could understand what was happening! I started with a package of sea salt micro-dermabrasion to, essentially, start over. The facial experience was blissful. I’ve been to spas before but because the products here are organic and pure and the philosophy is so rooted in skin’s health, not just appearance, I felt even better about the process. I now religiously use the collagen elastic serum, cleansing milk and I’ve even switched over to their line of mineral makeup. And my skin! Smooth, hydrated, glowy and, most important, nourished. Pure & Simple is simply the BEST place anyone can go in Toronto! I have wasted alot of time jumping from place to place in search of a spa that would calm & soothe my sensitive, VERY dry skin and offer some real solutions and knowledge about my skins needs. I left Pure & Simple after my amazing ‘Urban Renewal’ facial and couldn’t believe it! My blotchy irritated skin was fresh, glowing and the redness was gone! Most surprising of all was how it FELT. Like my skin was finally breathing, calm and hydrated for once! I am completely addicted! I’ve been using Pure + Simple products ever since my first facial there two and half years ago. I am a huge fan of both their products and their services and have recommended Pure + Simple to many friends. I had been using “natural” products on my skin for years prior but my skin was still never totally happy. Being someone who was blessed with good skin throughout the teenage years, my adult skin was another matter. I would occasionally get deep and painful pimples, as well as random little red inflammations. After my first facial appointment (a blissful experience) I was informed my skin was very dry and dehydrated, that it was overproducing sebum and in turn producing these awful pimples. My skin is also apparently a tad sensitive, hence the red spots. Ha! Who knew?And here I just thought I had unhappy combination skin! I switched products that day and my skin has been amazing ever since.

The Pure + Simple product line, as well as the other product lines they carry, are quite simply of a higher quality than those other natural products I was buying at my health food store. The formulations are more gentle and nourishing than any other product I’ve tried. I also appreciate the affordable price point of the Pure + Simple line. The Martina Gebhardt and Jurlique lines are my other faves. They have something for everyone, and the staff and aestheticians are always happy to take the time to find what works for you! Oh, and their facials? They use the same products they sell, so they’re guaranteed to be gentle and nourishing too. Keep up the great work P+S!

Wow, where do I begin. My first visit was fabulous. I am 30 years old and have battled with major acne since I was 12 years old. I have tried many, many unsuccessful products until my visit to Pure + simple. My face has improved 100 percent. What a boost, to look in the mirror and see a clear complexion after many years of acne. I love the products that were recommended for my skin. They are awesome and perfect for my skin type.
