Holistic Vanitea - Clarifying Tea 150g

Clarifying Tea is a traditional Ayurvedic mixture of Fennel, Coriander + Cumin seeds which aid digestion + the elimination of toxins.  Added Turmeric provides anti-bacterial + soothing properties. 

Directions for use:

Holistic Vaniteas can be used in three ways:

1. To drink: Steep 1 heaping tablespoon of tea for 10 minutes. Strain and serve. This can also be chilled to make iced tea.  Due to the purifying nature of the tea please only drink one cup per sitting.

2. As a compress: Follow tea directions. Soak cloth or towel in tea + apply to skin.

3. In steam bath: Add 2 tablespoons of tea to boiling water.  Remove from heat source and hover 6 inches from steaming pot with towel overhead, entrapping steam. Steam for max of 5 minutes.
